2. Learn about the vehicle you found.
   • Read the vehicle description carefully. If you have any questions about the vehicle, you can ask us by clicking the "Contact us" link.    
3. Place a proxy bid or participate live bidding.
• Once you've found the vehicle you want, you can place a bid or participate live bidding on the auction day at your office or your home. All bids are active until the auction ends. If you win a listing, you’re obligated to complete the transaction.
4. Pay for the Vehicle.
   • After you've won the vehicle, please contact to Apple Auction to clear the payment.

Your account, registration, logging in :

Registering

Registration on Apple Auction is free. There is a simple registration form which we require you to fill in before you can start trading.

We will send you a confirmation email to confirm your email address as part of the registration process. Click the link in the email we send you to activate your membership.

If haven't received a confirmation email you need to check your junk mail settings aren't blocking our emails. Our emails come from info@appleauction.co.th, you need to add this to your address book.

Please note: Members not located in Thailand, may not buy or sell Vehicle through Apple Auction.

Problems logging in

There are several possible reasons why you may not be able to login to Apple Auction:

Wrong email / password

If you enter the wrong email address and password combination you will see a message telling you that your entry was incorrect. If you cannot remember the password, you can request that a password reminder be sent to your email.

Your membership is not enabled.

You need to click on the link in the confirmation email we send to activate your membership. Sometimes our emails are blocked by junk mail settings on your email account. Please ensure your junk mail settings will allow our emails to get through to you. Our emails come from info@appleauction.co.th you need to add this to your address book.

Apple Auction's Automatic Bidding System (Proxy Bidding)

Apple Auction uses an automatic bidding system to make bidding on auctions more convenient and less time-consuming for bidders. There is nothing you have to set up in order to bid in this way. When you bid on an auction style listing you will be placing bids using this method.

Here's how bidding on Apple Auction Proxy bid works:

1. When you place a bid, you enter the maximum amount you're willing to pay for the item. The seller and other bidders won't know your maximum bid amount.
2. Apple Auction places bids on your behalf starting with the next bid increment for the auction. We'll bid as much as necessary to make sure that you remain the high bidder (or to meet the reserve price). We'll keep bidding for you until bidding reaches your maximum amount.
3. If no other bidder has a higher maximum bid at the end of the auction, you win the vehicle even if your bid doesn't go as high as your maximum bid. You could pay significantly less than your maximum price.

You won't necessarily pay the amount of your maximum bid. Apple Auction will increase your bid on your behalf, using only as much of your bid as is necessary to maintain your high bid position. Your maximum bid is kept confidential.
